Palm Pre was the hit of this year’s CES show and we’re impatiently waiting for Sprint to confirm its launch day, although there’s a high chance that speculations claiming it’ll hit the market in May might be dead on.
In the meantime, we’re treated with a fine presentation clip, called “Meet Pre”, that reminds us of the first days of the iPhone hype:
Did Palm not only borrow people and technology (multi-touch) from Apple, but also marketing tools? Will the hype grow in the same way? Not if Samsung, LG and Toshiba have something to say, and MWC 2009 has shown that they sure do.
