Panasonic’s Let’s Note SC7 reached 22 hours and 59 minutes in PC Watch’s PCMark 10 Modern Office battery test, an unusually high result for a 12.4-inch laptop that starts at 919g. The Japanese-market notebook also retains features that have become scarce in thin-and-light PCs, including a removable battery and a wired Ethernet port.
That result should not be treated as directly comparable with Panasonic’s official estimate of about 17.7 hours of video playback under the JEITA 3.0 test method. The figures come from different workloads and test procedures. The SC7’s battery can be replaced after removing two screws.

The SC7 is part of Panasonic’s first Let’s Note generation to support the Copilot+ PC platform. Panasonic says it subjected the model to shock and vibration tests based on MIL-STD-810H, although the Let’s Note line is distinct from the company’s rugged Toughbook range.
Panasonic announced the SC7 in March and began sales in Japan in April 2026. The company’s launch announcement did not confirm availability beyond Japan, leaving international release plans and pricing unresolved.
