PayPal has just announced the launch of Mobile Payments Library for Android, a method for Android developers to integrate PayPal payments into their applications. Customers will make transactions straight from the app, without leaving the software for one minute.

This means that developers can accept payments more easily, without having to handle credit card info, while PayPal also get a share of the profit and everyone is happy in the end. This is still a third party solution, at least till Google comes up with something better and native.

In-App purchase is the way to go, these days, but aren’t the applications getting crowded, first with ads and now ways to make payments? Thank God for those large touchscreens…
