Red Magic has started teasing the Red Magic 12 Pro+, its next gaming flagship, ahead of an official launch planned for October. The company is positioning the handset as its most comfortable Red Magic phone yet, citing a thinner, lighter and narrower body than the previous generation.
The redesign moves away from the range’s sharper lines in favor of more rounded edges, a change intended to improve grip during extended gaming sessions. Red Magic also says the screen bezel will shrink from 1.25mm to 0.96mm.
The 12 Pro+ will retain an under-display front camera, allowing for a display without a notch or punch-hole cutout. Red Magic further claims the phone is designed to sustain demanding workloads for long periods, supported by a cooling system aimed at sustained performance and a smoother daily-use interface.
Red Magic has not yet disclosed the processor, memory configurations, battery capacity, display specifications, pricing or market availability. Those details are likely to be confirmed closer to the October unveiling.
