After finding out that RIM bought the BlackPad.com domain, possibly preparing for the launch of its first tablet, there’s another piece of news concerning the Canadian handset maker. RIM and AT&T will hold a press event next Tuesday, possibly revealing hot new products. Could it be the rumoured tablet or maybe the leaked BlackBerry 9800 slider?

The worst thing we could see would be BlackBerry OS 6 on its own, with no devices launched, but that’s almost impossible. RIM CEO Mike Lazaridis will be present at the conference, possibly giving a speech and detailing the newest BlackBerry email integration methods.
