The wait for Sony Ericsson’s first Android phone is over, since we’ve just found out that T-Mobile’s web store now shows the Xperia X10 as part of its portofolio. You’ll have to wait for 10 days before getting your hands on the handset for $287, with a 2 year contract of £15 per month.

Vodafone might hit us with a better offer, so you’d better hold your horses for 10 more days or so. Short reminder of what the Xperia X10 is all about: a 4 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen, 1GB storage,, 384MB RAM, microSD card slot, HSDPA 10.2 Mbps, 8MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, geotagging, Android 1.6 and a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU.
