Who would have thought that time travel would be proved real by a cellphone? Said device was spotted in an 80 year old movie featuring Charlie Chaplin. As you can see in the video below, there’s a woman passing by and seemingly using a phone. Of course, this has been speculated and hasn’t been proved yet, specially since a call couldn’t have been made in the 1920s, because of the lack of telecom towers and coverage.

Considering that cellphone were invented in the 1970s, the person who seems to be chatting on the phone is mind blowing right now. Of course, people have already figured out that the lady walking on the street could be talking to herself, picking her ear or simply pretending she’s crazy.

Director George Clarke came across this footage and uploaded it on YouTube for us all to figure out if time travel is an option in this case. Endless chatter followed and there’s no conclusion yet. Wonder if the woman has Verizon coverage…
