The T-Mobile HTC HD7 was recently made available on Walmart, as a pre-order item, going for as low as $149. The device is meant to debut on November 8th and will be one of the two WP7 models to reach T-Mobile. Wirefly also sells the smartphone for the same price, $50 less than the T-Mobile and Amazon pricing.

Of course, all of these cash amounts include 2 year contracts on T-Mobile. Packing a 4.3 inch capacitive touch display, this Windows Phone 7 device is one of the biggest devices running the new OS. Considered the follow-up to the HTC HD2, the device packs a 5MP cam with dual LED flash, 720p HD video capture, a kickstand and 16GB of internal memory.

It’ll launch with Netflix on board, T-Mobile TV and Slacker Radio pre-installed.
