vivo’s X Fold6 appears to be moving closer to an international rollout. A Geekbench listing for a prototype carrying the V2559 model number shows Android 17, 12GB of RAM and a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super chipset. The benchmark recorded 1,710 points in single-core testing and 5,977 points in multi-core testing, although prototype results should not be treated as final retail performance.

The software is a notable change from the X Fold6 version launched in China in June, which shipped with Android 16 and OriginOS 6 Fold. Hardware reported for the Chinese model includes a large inner display, a 7,000mAh battery and a rear camera system led by a 200MP sensor.

vivo X Fold6, a book-style foldable expected to support a 7,000mAh battery and Android 17 on its international version

A 12GB RAM and 512GB storage version could be priced at €2,199 in Europe, according to an Android Headlines report. That would place the X Fold6 among the most expensive book-style foldables if the figure is accurate.

Certifications in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia add weight to reports of a wider launch, with October cited as a possible window. vivo has yet to announce a launch date, the markets that will receive the phone or final regional pricing.
