The last handset that Moto came up with was launched in September last year and it’s the Motorola RAZR HD you can see right here. For some reason we didn’t get a chance to play with it till now, so we take advantage of MWC 2013 for that.

Just so you know, everyone is waiting for that mythical Motorola X Phone, the superphone with Android Key Lime Pie that we may see in May at Google I/O. Before that comes we admire this latest RAZR, that went on sale in September 2012 and upgrades the specs of the original Droid RAZR, but only a bit. Motorola RAZR HD XT925 is a LTE handset with a micro SIM, that measures 8.4 mm in thickness and weighs 146 grams.

It combines metal and kevlar for a resilient case, both to shocks and splashes. The dev packs a Super AMOLED 4.7 inch 720p display, a microSD card slot, 16 GB of storage, 1 GB of RAM and HSDPA connectivity. There’s also NFC on board, an 8 megapixel camera, with image stabilization and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the OS. The handset uses a Li-Po 2500 mAh battery and a dual core 1.5 GHz CPU.
