Acer has introduced the Swift Blade 14 at IFA 2026, a 14-inch Windows laptop that weighs just 799g while offering Intel’s Wildcat Lake processors and, in its highest-spec configuration, a 90Hz OLED display.
The laptop uses a chassis made from a magnesium-aluminum alloy and carbon fiber. It measures about 12.9mm thick, although OLED configurations reach roughly 14mm depending on the model. Acer will offer Marshmallow Blue and Marshmallow White finishes.
Processor options range from the Intel Core 3 304 through the Core 5 315 and Core 5 320 to the Core 7 350, all paired with integrated graphics. The Swift Blade 14 has 12GB of soldered LPDDR5-6400 memory and can be configured with up to a 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD. Its battery is rated at 50Wh.
Three 14-inch 16:10 display options are planned: a 1920 x 1200 IPS panel at 60Hz and 300 nits, a 1920 x 1200 OLED panel with the same 60Hz refresh rate and 300-nit brightness, or a 2880 x 1800 OLED screen running at 90Hz. The latter is rated for 400 nits and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage.
Connectivity includes three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. Acer also includes a Full HD webcam and ships the machine with Windows 11 Home.
The Acer Swift Blade 14 is due to reach Europe in December 2026. Acer has not announced pricing, leaving the cost of its unusually light construction and higher-resolution OLED option to be confirmed closer to launch.
