vivo has introduced the Watch 6 in China with a claimed battery life of up to 21 days, though that figure applies to light Bluetooth use. The 45mm smartwatch also brings a sapphire crystal, a titanium option, dual-band GNSS and an eSIM model that can operate independently from a phone.
The watch has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a 466 × 466-pixel resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. vivo quotes peak brightness of 3,500 nits, but says that level is reached locally across around 30% of the panel in certain outdoor modes rather than across the full display continuously.

The titanium Watch 6 weighs 37.7g without its strap, compared with roughly 44g for the stainless-steel version. Both models use the same 505mAh battery, while the titanium configuration is offered only with eSIM.

The independent eSIM estimate marks an improvement over the cellular vivo Watch 3, which was rated for up to seven days. Watch 6 also adds offline maps, navigation and route-back features, although vivo says some of those functions will arrive through a software update.
BlueOS 4.0 supports continuous heart-rate and blood-oxygen monitoring, a 60-second health test and heart-rhythm analysis features. NFC payments, health services and other software functions may depend on China-specific ecosystem support and certifications.
Pricing in China starts at CNY 999 for the Bluetooth stainless-steel model. The stainless-steel eSIM version costs CNY 1,399, while the eSIM-only titanium edition is priced at CNY 1,999. vivo has not announced international availability, and regional support for its eSIM and software features remains unconfirmed.
