Xiaomi’s latest affordable wearable lineup splits into three distinct approaches: the Redmi Watch 6 Lite adds built-in five-system GNSS and detailed swim tracking, the Redmi Watch 6 Active focuses on a large AMOLED display and Bluetooth calling, and the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active prioritizes a lightweight design and claimed battery life of up to 21 days in light use.
The Redmi Watch 6 Lite is the most capable fitness model despite its name. It has a 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a 410 × 502-pixel resolution, peak brightness of 1,500 nits and a 9.9 mm body. Its five-system satellite positioning and nine-axis sensor support more than 150 sports modes, including swim metrics such as speed, laps, heart rate in the water and SWOLF.
The watch is rated 5 ATM for swimming and shallow-water activities, but Xiaomi does not recommend it for diving. It also supports Bluetooth calling and is rated for up to 18 days of battery life.
Redmi Watch 6 Active steps down from integrated GNSS but retains a 9.9 mm profile. It weighs 26 g without its strap and uses a 1.85-inch AMOLED panel with a 390 × 450-pixel resolution, 1,200-nit peak brightness and always-on display support. Xiaomi says the shift to AMOLED is a key change from the earlier Redmi Watch 5 Active.
It offers more than 140 sports modes, heart-rate, SpO₂, stress and sleep monitoring, Bluetooth calling, an IP68 rating and a quick-release strap. Its 470 mAh battery is claimed to last up to 18 days in light use, 12 days in typical use or six days under heavy use.
At the entry level, the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active uses a 1.47-inch, 60 Hz TFT screen rather than AMOLED, with a 172 × 320-pixel resolution. The 18 g band is operated by touch gestures and has no physical buttons on the unit shown. Its frame has a metallic-looking finish, although Xiaomi does not describe it as an all-metal enclosure.
