HONOR is reportedly preparing an October launch window for two gaming-focused WIN products: the WIN 2 phone lineup and the compact WIN Pad tablet. Both are expected to use high-refresh-rate OLED displays and built-in active cooling, suggesting HONOR is expanding WIN beyond a phone series into a broader gaming device family.
According to a report from Huawei Central based on information from tipster Digital Chat Station, the higher-end WIN 2 model could pair an upcoming 2nm Qualcomm flagship chipset with a cooling fan and a battery exceeding 10,000 mAh. HONOR has reportedly tested batteries reaching 12,000 mAh, along with displays of around 7 inches and refresh rates as high as 185Hz, though none of those figures has been finalized publicly.
