A recent J.D. Power and Associates study has shown that Apple provides the highest satisfaction to the customers who purchase smartphones. Bearing the name of “2009 Wireless Consumer Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Study”, this initiative is focused mostly on smartphone makers, while LG is on the first place when it comes to standard mobile phones and the satisfaction they provide.

The study measures the satisfaction of clients who purchase standard mobile phones by using key arguments like: ease of operation (30%), design (20%) and battery (20%). As far as smartphones are concerned, the study takes into account these arguments: ease of operation (30%), operating system (22%), features (21%), design (18%) and battery (9%).

Apple got 791 points out of 1000, as the consumers thought it’s a very easy to use device, with a great OS and great features. LG placed second with 772 points, followed by Samsung with 759.
