If you miss the good old Sidekick and feel disappointed about the whole Microsoft Kin failure, there’s a new device to purchase, courtesy of AT&T. The carrier has just unveiled the Sharp FX model, pictured below and looking very much like a Sidekick.

The design resemblance is not by mistake, since Sharp is the maker of both Sidekick and Kin devices. The FX model comes with a 2 megapixel camera, a full touchscreen display, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 2.1, a HTML browser, AT&T Navigation and social networking features. It also provides access to AT&T’s mobile TV service for $10 a month.

Expect the phone to be available in AT&T stores and online from July 25th for $99.99 with a 2 year contract, after a $50 mail in rebate.
