HP’s tiny Veer 4G handset has just been made available on AT&T in the black and white versions, priced at $99.99 with a 2 year contract. The Veer is easy to carry in your pocket or in a purse, but this tiny package still comes with the greatest of features.

The device supports the App Catalog and customization, plus a lot of flexibility in the OS department. It’s really nice to notice that most publications are praising this small phone with great reviews. For example, the Wall Street Journal like the way the handset fits perfectly in the palm and the way simple gestures are used to navigate webOS.

ZDNet reminds us that this is still a smartphone, while Engadget once again appreciates the small size of the new HP product. Wired wants the Magsafe style charger a standard for all phones, while Brighthand states that it’s nice to finally switch from huge smartphones to something more adequate.
