HTC seems to be preparing a budget handset as well, aside from those midrange and high end phones they’ve launched already. The newcomer here is HTC Desire 200, that gets handled in the video below.

The phone seems to be ready to replace the HTC Desire C, or at least its design makes me think of that. In case you don’t remember, we had the world premiere review of the HTC Desire C a while back and now we’re excited about the newcomer. This budget handset packs a 3.5 inch touchscreen, a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and a microSD card slot.

This model also comes with Beats Audio support, a single SIM and a replaceable 1400 mAh battery. There’s no launch date or price point for this model, but I expect something in the range of $200 or at most $250. I wouldn’t be surprised if a dual SIM Version of the HTC Desire 200 would also appear at some point.
