HTC Max 4G is the first WIMAX-supporting device available commercially and it can be bought through the Skartel network, in Russia. Sadly, WIMAX coverage via the Yota service is quite limited at the moment and you’ll only get decent reception in Moscow’s centre and some places in St. Petersburg.

Theoretically, when the 4G connection is available, you can stream music from a pretty large catalogue or watch TV without worrying about buffering. The reviewer claims that this is the most advanced piece of Windows Mobile-based technology you can get your hands on, although it lacks two features present on Touch HD: the 5 megapixel camera and the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
