Huawei has expanded the MatePad Air 2026 lineup in China with a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration priced at CNY 6,299. The move gives the Chinese range a higher-capacity option than the 256GB configuration listed in Huawei’s European specifications, according to Notebookcheck.

The company has also launched the MatePad Air Enjoy Edition, which starts at CNY 4,499. Local promotions and subsidies can reduce its effective price to CNY 3,499. While the regular MatePad Air 2026 uses a Kirin T93B processor, the Enjoy Edition is powered by the Kirin T93C, making the lower-priced version a distinct hardware variant rather than simply a storage downgrade.

  • Display: 2,800 × 1,840 resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate.
  • Charging: 66W wired charging support.
  • Standard display brightness: up to 1,200 nits.
  • Soft Light Edition: anti-reflective display surface and up to 2,000 nits of brightness.
Huawei MatePad Air 2026 with expanded China lineup

Huawei has not announced plans to bring either the 512GB configuration or the MatePad Air Enjoy Edition to markets outside China. International availability remains the key unresolved detail for the expanded lineup.
