Motorola is keen on testing form factors after it has escaped financial issues by selling lots of Android phones. Among these form factors we spot the square-ish Moto Flipout model, pictured below and detailed after the break. If this device looks familiar, it should, because it’s been leaked and discussed in the past.

Motorola Flipout will debut in Europe in this quarter and it’ll come with Android 2.1, plus an upgraded MOTOBLUR. The latter brings customizable filters for Happenings and Messages widgets and access to corporate email. As far as specs are concerned, you get a 3.2 megapixel fixed focus camera, 512MB on-board storage, WiFi and aGPS.

Strangely enough, the Bluetooth is missing and we’ve heard that the device relies on a 700MHz CPU, although this hasn’t been confirmed yet. No price has been mentioned, but till we get more info, let’s feast on these videos of the handset:
