Vodafone UK has just announced Nokia’s N8 12 megapixel handset, that runs Symbian^3. This is the first device based on this OS and all we know right now is that it’s coming to Vodafone soon, without a pricing or firm date being announced just yet.

You can check out the carrier’s site from time to time, hoping that they’ll announce the release date, or sign up for an email alert, so they’ll let you know when the handset lands.

After all, we’re talking about Nokia’s first 12 megapixel cameraphone, with WiFi, social features, a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen and 16GB of storage, plus radio FM and GPS.
