Opera claims that its browser is 30% faster now, due to the launch of a new server park in the US and the folks of Betanews.com already checked out the improvement, testing the loading times of the browser.

Opera Mini 4.2 works fine, even with the most complex websites, but speed isn’t its only neat feature.

Opera’s software also comes with a “skinning” function, which is basically another way to customize it. If you want to enter full screen mode, you’ll have quite a process to go through, involving a trip to the Settings panel.

Another change in Opera Mini 4.2 is better video support, well depending on the device you use it on and the software it comes with. For more details see Betanews’ hands on review.
