AT&T is seemingly preparing a follow-up to the Samsung Captivate phone, one of the Galaxy S relatives. Said newcomer will most likely be the Samsung Captivate Glyde, that’s shown in the image below.

Basically, you get the original Captivate and a sliding keyboard with 4 rows for input. BGR has got hold of this image, so it’s as real as it gets. There’s also an 8 megapixel camera on board and we expect some serious footage over here, plus a videocall front camera. I guess that the specs upgrade stay reasonable, so there’s no reason for it to surpass Galaxy S II In performance.

It’s nice to see the icons arranged like that while in landscape mode, something you won’t see on a device without a physical keyboard, especially a sliding one. Will you get one of these on AT&T?
