LG has the Optimus 3D tridimensional handset, while HTC has the Evo 3D. Samsung has yet to launch a 3D display handset, or one with 3D camera, but supposedly such a model is coming. Korean website ETNews claims that a supposed Samsung Galaxy 3D will come in Q4.

The Galaxy 3D will run Android 2.3 and even support a future Android upgrade. The CPU inside will be the dual core Exynos @ 1.2GHz, just like the chipset on the Samsung Galaxy S II. Upfront, we expect a 4.3 inch 3D LCD screen and at the back we should find a dual 8 megapixel camera with 3D capture.

This surpasses the 5MP cameras on LG Optimus 3D and should provide better performance. HD TV out should also be available, looking great on 3D TVs. Let’s see if we’ll really get this model in Q4.
