Samsung Galaxy S Plus is a slight revamp of the Samsung’s most popular smartphone ever and now it seems the product has reached the Netherlands. The device is priced at 449 EUR and it’s the second country where the handset is available, after Russia. The good thing about the Dutch launch is the price, as in Russia this model costs about 540 EUR.

Sadly, there’s no exact launch date for the product in Netherlands, other than “soon” that is, so we don’t really have much info. Galaxy S Plus adopts the same looks as the Samsung Galaxy S, but it improves aspects such as the processor, that moves up from 1GHz to 1.4GHz and now packs a 1650mAh battery.

Android 2.3 Gingerbread is available from the start on the device and Samsung Galaxy S Plus is intended for the upper-midrange offer segment in Europe, at least.
