Samsung may finally eliminate 128GB as the entry-level storage tier for its next Galaxy S flagship family. A report from South Korea says every Galaxy S27 configuration will begin at 256GB, though Samsung has not confirmed the lineup or its specifications.

- Galaxy S27 Pro: 12GB RAM with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB storage

The report also points to LPDDR6 RAM for the Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra, alongside UFS 5.1 storage. Entry-level configurations could use earlier memory and storage standards instead, suggesting Samsung may reserve its newest components for higher-capacity versions.
Separately, earlier battery rumors have placed a 5,200mAh battery in the Galaxy S27 Pro and a 5,700mAh cell in the Galaxy S27 Ultra. Both models are said to support 60W wired charging.
One uncertainty is the Galaxy S27+ itself: it appears in the reported configuration list, but its place in a range that may also include a Galaxy S27 Pro remains unclear. Samsung’s eventual model lineup, regional configurations and launch timing have yet to be announced.
