Samsung’s Galaxy Fit4 Manager app has revealed a Wallet menu, suggesting the next fitness band could support Samsung Wallet and contactless payments. The feature would be a first for Samsung’s Galaxy Fit lineup, but the available regulatory documentation does not yet confirm the required NFC hardware.

The Wallet option appears near the bottom of a settings screen in an official app image spotted by SamMobile, although it is partly obscured by the navigation bar. Its presence points to payment functionality being considered for the device, but does not establish that it will be enabled in the final product.

That uncertainty comes from the FCC filing for the Samsung SM-R391, identified as the Galaxy Fit4. It lists 2.4 GHz radio transmissions associated with Bluetooth, including Bluetooth 5.4 in the available comparison details, but makes no reference to the 13.56 MHz frequency used by NFC. The Wallet entry could therefore be an unfinished interface element rather than evidence of a working payment feature.

A separate screenshot shows 4 days and 3 hours of remaining battery life at 100% charge. That figure should not be treated as a final endurance claim: the testing conditions are unknown and the image may use demonstration data. For context, Samsung rates the Galaxy Fit3 for up to 13 days with its always-on display disabled, while the official estimate falls to 3.5 days with the display permanently active.

The Galaxy Fit4 Manager app includes a Wallet entry, although NFC support remains unconfirmed.

Other reported Fit4 details include a slightly taller display, support for configuring up to 12 widgets and stress tracking, while its design and core health and fitness features appear close to those of the Fit3. Samsung has not announced a launch date, price or confirmed NFC support, leaving the Wallet menu as the key unresolved clue ahead of the band’s debut.
