Samsung Hercules is not a familiar name, but it promises to be a pretty hot handset, when it will be available. This model is supposed to be an upgraded Galaxy S II, coming to T-Mobile in the month of September.

The specs of the Hercules match the name of the greek hero, so this is a powerful model here. We are talking about a 4.5 inch touchscreen, based on AMOLED technology, a dual core CPU and possibly a camera capable of HD capture. This handset runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread, supports NFC and comes with an 8 megapixel camera and a front VGA one.

T-Mobile 4G speeds are also in the mix, coupled with 1GB RAM and the CPU has a frequency of 1.2GHz. Some people are saying that this is the T-Mobile flavor of the Galaxy S II with a screen boost.
