Nvidia’s Tegra chip is probably the hottest feature to be included on a smartphone right now, as far as gaming and media features are concerned. However, we wonder which phone manufacturer will bring it to the market. The latest rumours claim that it’ll be Samsung to premiere it…



The company has just confirmed that it’s developing a smartphone based on the processor and it’ll probably pack an AMOLED touchscreen, TouchWiz beauty and widgets, plus a very delicate choice of OS: Android or Windows Mobile.

Another recent rumour says that one of the most important 5 phone makers will release a $199 GSM device based on Tegra by the end of 2009, but the details end here. I’d put my  money on HTC, if Samsung weren’t so keen to always stay on top…
