The company has just confirmed that it’s developing a smartphone based on the processor and it’ll probably pack an AMOLED touchscreen, TouchWiz beauty and widgets, plus a very delicate choice of OS: Android or Windows Mobile.

Another recent rumour says that one of the most important 5 phone makers will release a $199 GSM device based on Tegra by the end of 2009, but the details end here. I’d put my  money on HTC, if Samsung weren’t so keen to always stay on top…
