US Cellular has just included in its portofolio a new cheap flip phone dubbed Samsung Chrono. This old school form factor device packs a 2 inch QVGA (240 x 320) internal display, a VGA camera, Bluetooth and 512MB of internal storage.

The handset comes in dark gray and it’s priced at a mere $19.99 on a pre-paid plan with US Cellular. You can also get it for free, on a new 2 year contract. The price is OK, but who would want to buy a device with so little features these days? Imagine that some carriers offer for free with contract uber cool smartphones, so their offer sounds better…
