HTC Trophy was one of the most desired Windows Phone 7 handsets once the OS was launched and its hardware samples showcased. Now, we learn that it might come sooner than we hoped and through a pretty good carrier, Verizon. It seems they’ll be launching the phone in early 2011, if inside sources are to be believed.

Don’t quite know if anyone will have enough cash left after the holidays to go out and buy this item, but we’re talking about a hot smartphone here, with a 5MP camera, a 3.8 inch S-LCD capacitive touch display, multitouch, 8GB of storage, 576MB RAM and 512MB ROM. Well, maybe not so hot, because of that silly memory restriction and lack of microSD card…
