The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Active makes its case through simplicity rather than smartwatch-style ambition. The compact tracker weighs 18 g without its strap, supports continuous heart-rate, blood-oxygen, stress and sleep monitoring, and is rated for up to 21 days of battery life from its 300 mAh battery. After a week of daily use, its low weight and comfortable fit stood out, including during overnight sleep tracking.
Its 1.47-inch TFT display has a 172 x 320-pixel resolution and 247 ppi density, protected by reinforced glass. It is bright enough to view tracking results outdoors, but the resolution remains one of the device’s more obvious budget-oriented limitations. Xiaomi offers more than 100 watch faces through its companion app.
The Smart Band 11 Active uses an adjustable TPU strap designed for wrists measuring 135 mm to 215 mm. Color options include black, gray and pomelo pink. The supplied magnetic two-pin charging cable connects over USB 2.0, and a full charge is specified to take 120 minutes.

Setup is handled through Xiaomi’s Mi Fitness app via Bluetooth. The app groups calories, steps and activity duration in an activity overview, while a separate health view collects heart rate, SpO2, stress and sleep information. Weight can also be added, although no food or dietary calorie-tracking section was found during testing.

During a mostly desk-bound day, the band recorded about 3,500 steps, 145 kcal and 22 minutes of activity. Heart-rate readings were close to those from a separate watch, while a SpO2 measurement returned 98%. The band logged a stress score of 35, categorized as light.
Sleep reporting was detailed enough to break a 7-hour, 15-minute night into 2 hours and 1 minute of deep sleep, 3 hours and 9 minutes of light sleep, and 2 hours and 5 minutes of REM sleep, with two awakenings recorded. It also showed overnight SpO2 information, an average heart rate of 67 bpm and a breathing score of 92.

The band’s lightweight software and narrow focus distinguish it from Xiaomi’s more capable wearables. Xiaomi’s Band 10 is positioned higher in the lineup with an AMOLED display, additional functions and a more premium presentation, while the Smart Band 11 Active is built around basic activity and wellness data in a notably light form factor.

The Smart Band 11 Active is therefore most compelling as a straightforward tracker rather than a smartwatch substitute. International pricing and availability were not confirmed in the reviewed material, leaving regional launch details as the key outstanding question.
