Gionee V188S Gets Certification From TENAA; Brings a Huge 5000 mAh Battery
A few days ago, more precisely on September 26, a new Gionee smartphone received certification from the Chinese agency TENAA. This new device is called Gionee V188S, and while the hardware specs are not so quite big as we expected, it seems that the purpose of this phone is another one. We get to know that V188S brings in the package a huge 5.000 mAh battery that will give us a lot of power to use the phone for up to several days in moderate use without charging.
Gionee V188S offers a 4.99-inch FWVGA LCD display with a 854 x 480 pixel resolution, a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB space of storage, a 8-megapixel CMOS camera on the back, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE 4G connectivity.
This phone measures 144.5 mm in length, 71.4 mm in width and 10.4 mm in thickness, weighting about 151.8 grams. Gionee V188S runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat and it will arrive on the Chinese market in white color variation sometime soon.
