Angry Birds has finally been released for download in the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace, but there’s a slight lack of levels, it seems. This version of the game only includes 165 levels, while the other platforms get no less than 255. Is this punishment for Microsoft because they were advertising the game even before getting it?

You can get achievements in Xbox Live with this title and know that you’ll have to pay $2.99 for the game in Windows Phone Marketplace. That’s another flaw of the title, since you can get it on Android devices for free. Rovio previously promised to deliver the game on the WP7 platform back in February, but the delay was caused by the Microsoft legal team.

We remind you that Microsoft accidentally posted an image of Angry Birds when it launched Windows Phone, although they didn’t even talk to Rovio. Of course, the lawyers came in and did their job. Everything was fixed in the end.
