The folks of BGR recently got hold of an official court document detailing the first class action lawsuit against Apple and AT&T, concerning the new iPhone 4. Some of the claims made in the document include general negligence, defects in design, manufacture and assembly and many more flaws of the device.

Breach of express warranty is also mentioned, as well as deceptive trade practices, negligent misrepresentation and intentional misrepresentation, plus fraud by concealment. Why all of these? It might be because the Apple iPhone 4 has screen issues and the famous antenna issues we’ve been hearing about for a week now.

Some are also talking about Exchange issues and problems with the proximity sensor. We expect many more lawsuits to come…
