After the HTC Desire 816 and 610 shown at MWC 2014, HTC is preparing yet another model from this range for debut. The newcomer is the HTC Desire 516, that features a 5 inch display with a 540 x 960 pixel resolution.



This model has just been approved by the Chinese authorities yesterday and it has also been photographed, as shown below. The product weighs 173 grams and measures 9.7 mm in thickness. HTC Desire 516 uses TD-SCDMA connectivity and it’s made for China Mobile. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, relying on a quad core 1.3 GHz processor.

There’s a 5 megapixel camera at the back, with LED flash and a VGA front camera, as well as 512 MB of RAM. There will be two versions of this model, the 516t, the features mentioned above and the 516w, with Android 4.3, 1 GB of RAM and a quad core 1.2 GHz processor.
