Next week’s HTC event is most likely a Windows Phone 7 Mango one, with two new devices ready for announcement. This is what the speculations are saying and the perfect candidates for launch are HTC Omega and HTC Eternity. The first just got pictured, as shown in the image below.

Coming in white/silver color combo, the Omega will feature an aluminum case and may be rebranded to HTC Radar at the time of the release. Rumors claim it will come with a single core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, 512MB of RAM, a front camera for videocalls and a 3.8 inch SLCD display. There should also be an 8 megapixel camera at the back.

HTC Eternity will be on the higher end side of things, with a bigger screen, better CPU, more RAM and better screen technology, most likely. I wonder what evolution WP7 will need to make its devices to into dual core phase, maybe in 2012 or so…
