The device’s approach is to provide a wider display in a conventional, hinge-free body. It has a 6.39-inch OLED screen with a 16:9.5 aspect ratio, measures 6.68mm thick, and weighs 201g. Huawei also lists a 7,000mAh battery, a Kirin 9030S chip, and a 200-megapixel main camera. The format is intended to offer more horizontal room for content and split-screen interfaces without requiring users to unfold the handset.
The reported sales performance arrives alongside a separate claim from Digital Chat Station that Huawei is developing another wide-screen camera flagship for the first half of 2027. No name was provided, although speculation has linked the device to the future Pura 100 lineup, which has previously been rumored to include new OLED panels, multiple display sizes, and a Pro Max model.
