LG G5 Lite got certified by the FCC a while ago, but this week it was TENAA’s turn to offer the official blessing for sale. This was also a perfect way to finally get a finalized specs list for this model.

G5 LITE

Strangely, the device also codenamed LG H848 seems to keep the 5.3 inch Quad HD screen of the G5 and this time it brings a Snapdragon 652 CPU in lieu of the Snapdragon 820, as we suspected. Keep in mind that the certification only mentions an octa core 1.8 GHz unit, so the S652 thing is a speculation from our part, but also confirmed by previous leaks.

A good piece of news is that we’re still getting the dual camera at the back, including an 8 and 16 MP sensor. LG G5 Lite also has a front 8 MP camera, 32 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, 4G LTE and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It comes with a 7.3 mm thickness and it weighs 156 grams, 3 less than G5. All that’s left now is price for it.
