LG has been out of the Windows Phone game for a while, even though they were the first company to release a handset with this OS on board. Now it appears they’re back at it, through a handset called LG Lancet, that’s detailed below.

The device hasn’t been announced yet, but it managed to leak on the web. It seems like a lower end offering and something tells me this is a model that was meant to be released quite a while ago. How do I know that? The leaked document mentions a 4.5 inch diagonal as “large”. The device brings ergonomic design, with rounded edges and a 4.5 inch TFT panel with a 854 x 480 pixel resolution.

There’s a Snapdragon 410 1.2 GHz processor inside, 1 GB of RAM and an 8 megapixel back camera. Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 is the OS here and we also get a microSD card slot and a 2100 mAh battery. LG also included some trademark features here like Knock On, QuickMemo, Gesture Shot, Soft Light for selfies and Live Shot. No idea when this smartphone is released or what its price is…
