There’s been a lot of talking about the new Droid model from Motorola, the one that combines the looks of the newest RAZR with a useful sliding QWERTY keyboard. The Motorola Droid 4 continues to appear on the web, this time courtesy of a semi-official source.

Let me remind you that the Droid 5 will pack a pretty comfortable keyboard, Android 2.3 Gingerbread with UI customization from Moto and a dual core 1.2GHz processor. There’s also 4G LTE support, since this is Verizon material after all… There’s also an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording capability available, plus a front camera for video calls and enough storage for all the movies you liked… this year.

16GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM and a 4 inch qHD display round up the specs list, plus a new chassis that adopts the RAZR and Xyboard look, but bulks it up a bit due to the keyboard. I guess we’ll have to wait and see what the device will cost and rumors are placing it on the calendar on the 22nd of this month if you’re interested…
