During MWC 2009, this week, Torch Mobile announced the launch of version 1.1.0 of the Iris Browser for mobiles, providing a full browsing experience to handset users. Iris Browser 1.1.0 can be downloaded from this address and it runs on Windows Mobile 5 and 6.



The browser uses a WebKit-based engine, that renders any website fast and allows the user to view it just like on a desktop PC.

Iris Browser 1.1.0 features HTML Rendering Engine, touchscreen key or mouse cursor control with zoom support, multiple windows/tabs, a customizable interface, advanced security features and WML plus XHTML Mobile Profile support.
