We’re not even at the end of 2010 yet and already we learn about the tech shows that will reveal the technology of the future. We’re talking about CES 2011, supposed to be the event to host (among others) the debut of the HP webOS tablet, dubbed PalmPad. Also, we might see a smartphone made by HP and Palm and based on the same OS.
Palm will exhibit its products at the booth N246 during CES 2011, while HP will hold keynotes at the booth 31412. It appears that the new ePrint HP printer (all in one) will be bundled with the PalmPad slate, but we have to get a confirmation for that to be real.
Speculations say that the upcoming devices might be LTE 4G capable and able to stream live videos. Although no image of the device was unveiled yet, here’s how that Palm Pad could look like, courtesy of a mockup made by brentidowney from Canada:
