vivo will start selling its Camera Screen accessory in China on September 24, giving the entire X500 series a magnetically attached rear display for framing selfies and video with the phones’ main cameras. The removable approach differs from the permanently integrated secondary display used on Xiaomi’s 18 Pro models.
The accessory mirrors the phone’s camera-app interface and connects wirelessly at distances of up to 10 meters. It attaches without a dedicated case or adapter.

vivo says the Camera Screen includes six dedicated modes, designed for several capture scenarios:
- Recording short videos

- Filming products for unboxing videos
- Shooting from angles where the phone’s main display cannot be viewed
The Camera Screen will carry a standard price of CNY 699, or about US$105, in China. An introductory offer reduces the price to CNY 599, roughly US$90. vivo has not confirmed availability outside China.
