Windows Phone 7 developers will get their WP7 handsets starting next week, in order to start coding and programming apps for the new mobile platform. Shipping will start from next Monday, July 19th and sadly we learn that not all demand will be met.

Deploy and test labs will be set up in major cities, making it easier for people to preview the phone and have fun with it. In case you haven’t entered your name on the list of folks who can code on a WP7 device, send a mail at [email protected].

You’ll need to include your name, company name, the city/state/country and apps you plan on developing (description and category).
