Nokia has unveiled the Lumia 630 handset earlier this year in single SIM and dual SIM versions and now in China two new versions of the phone appear. The first one of them is the Nokia Lumia 636 and the second is Lumia 638, that bring 4G TD-LTE in the mix.

The Lumia 630 offers 512 MB of RAM, but the newcomers go with 1 GB. Other specs include a 4.5 inch FWVGA ClearBlack IPS display, with Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor and Windows Phone 8.1. This means the bulk of the specs hasn’t changed in comparison with the Lumia 630. We’ve also got 5 megapixel rear cameras with 720p video recording, 8 GB of storage and a microSD card slot.

That card slot supports up to 128 GB in extra storage and on the connectivity side there’s 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+ with 42 Mbps download speed, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Inside the phones we find a 1830 mAh battery. The Nokia Lumia 636 offers support for LTE bands 1, 3, 7 and 41 and it’s coming to China Unicom priced at $208. The Lumia 638 does LTE bands 3, 7, 38, 39, 40 and 41 and it comes to China Mobile priced at the same $208.
