Aside from Acer’s hot handsets, Computex also includes Gigabyte’s latest offer, GSmart S1200, a handset that should hit the market this month. This smartphone packs a Qualcomm 7200A 528 MHz processor, 288MB RAM, 512MB ROM and a 3.1 inch 480 x 800 touchscreen.

Bluetooth, WiFi and UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA connectivity are also included on the specs list, together with GPS, a 3 megapixel camera, Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and a new UI (Smart Vision). A Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade will also be available and an 8 megapixel follow-up, that will be available in the second half of 2009.
