Honor has confirmed through a new teaser that its Magic 9 series will include a smartphone with an 11,000mAh battery. The company has not identified the device, but earlier reports have linked the capacity to a rumored Honor Magic 9 Super Edition. The Magic 9 range is expected to launch in China toward the end of September 2026.

An 11,000mAh cell would push beyond the 10,000mAh battery already used in the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, while the rumored Honor device is said to target flagship-class hardware. High-silicon battery technology is expected to enable the extra capacity without a correspondingly large increase in phone thickness.
