Engadget and Forbes are reporting that Windows Phone 7 might welcome UI customizations after all, with the first being HTC’s Sense. Drew Bamford, the head of the HTC user experience design team told Forbes that the Taiwanese company is working on a Sense version for WP7 devices.

Bamford mentions that HTC is not allowed to change the core experience of the OS (like in the previous versions), but they can still spice up the interaction through media sharing features, app recommendations to friends and upgraded syncing. Data streaming between the devices and cloud will also be included.

All of these features are already available in WP7 and we wonder what HTC can do to make them even more appealing… Any ideas?
